Most of these have been desires of mine since 2011 in the 5th gen days. I doubt many of these will happen though.
Oh, and something I forgot to put on the list: gym trainers rematching you and gym puzzles being redesigned when gym leaders call to rematch you on the Pokenav.
And the Elite Four having different teams on rematches. And being able to use weather moves like rain dance on the overworld.
